A clumsy extension of the words of this witty author would go like this: "There is only one thing in the blogger's world that is worse than not being talked about and that is not being posted about."
What's the purpose of writing if you're not provoking a reaction?

I may have to steal an idea from you and post my summer "paint portrait" as my blog picture. I just couldnt stomach adding a recent picture of me on there. :)
It is funny that you say this on your post. I was just thinking that same thing. I have posted twice on my site and have yet to have anyone comment on anything. It is funny, but my feelings are almost hurt. Your words summarize it up perfectly.
As far as this posting is concerned, you have hit upon an idea that is close to home for Heather. She is relating to your words and that may be reason enough for you to publish them. I think your choice of a quote is perfect!
