Let’s Turn a Simple Slideshow into Multimedia:

To record your voice into PowerPoint:

1. Open your PowerPoint presentation (Do not select the Slide Show option)
2. Select the slide you want to insert voice into.
3. Launch Sound Recorder by going to
Insert
Movies and Sounds
Record Sound
4. Have fun!

To add sound/movie clip into PowerPoint:

1. Repeat steps 1 & 2
2. Go to Insert Movies and Sounds
3. Select the source of your movie/sound file (file or clip organizer)
4. Select the file you want to insert
5. Click OK

Learning about Technology Integration in Education

Hello Introduction to Student Teaching Class!

Today you will spend three hours in this computer lab learning about Technology Integration in Education.

During the first hour, you will create a pamphlet based on the article by Martha Berdugo Torres "Integracion de Tecnologias Multimedia en la Enseñanza de Lenguas". With a partner, condense the most important features of Technology Integration in Education and email it to Rosalba Cardenas (day program) or Sandra Lara (evening program)

Don't lose your partner, you will need him/her for the rest of the session :-)
